Welcome to the Jitterware Privacy Policy. This policy describes how Jitterware collects, uses, processes and shares information about you.

This Privacy Policy applies to all our games played on mobile devices. It also applies to our Marketing activities on all platforms and other services that we may provide to you from time to time. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to our websites, games, marketing, and advertising activities and other services collectively as our "Services".

Playing Jitterware Games

Rights:

  • Right of information access

 

You have the right to know what personal information is held about you. If you wish to employ this right of information access, please contact us letting us know what information you would like to have communicated to you. We will not disclose any information about another person.

  • Right of data removal

 

You have the right to data removal or deletion. In order to exercise this right, you must delete our games from your mobile devices. You can contact us if you first wish to know what information we have from you and then request to have it removed. We may retain some of the information for other purposes, such as maintaining financial records and enforcing or protecting legal rights.

  • Right to correct information

 

If you feel that your information is not up to date and accurate, please contact us at info@jitterware.com and we will correct it as soon as we can. We intend to keep the information you provide us accurate and up to date.

  • Right to account deactivation

 

You have the right to deactivate any accounts you create with us. You can do this by contacting us at info@jitterware.com. To deactivate your account(s), we may require additional information about your mobile device. The deactivation process may include removing your SNS accounts form our games and deleting our games from your mobile devices. It is important to note that any progress you have made virtually in the game(s) will be lost and will not be restorable in the future.

  • Right to marketing opt-out

 

The right to marketing opt-out allows you to disconnect yourself from any marketing communications that you have elected to receive. This may require a few days to update our records before an opt-out request is effective.

 

Children

Children should never disclose personal information, such as their name, address or phone number, without their parents’ prior permission.

We consider a user to be a child under the age of 13, depending on the regulations that apply in their country of residence. In EU countries, we consider users under the age of 16 as children, unless their country of residence specifies another age.

 

We will block any users in which we consider are under the minimum legal age required in the country of residence that attempts to use our Services.

Jitterware applies the following limitations to personal information collection for a user that is not of the minimum legal age in their respective country of residence.

 

These users cannot:

  • Subscribe to newsletters

  • Access chats, leaderboards, forums, and social media services (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

  • Display his/her real name or other personal information in the games

 

In addition, personal information should not be delivered/submitted to Jitterware by users under the legal age required in their country of residence.

Children can be invited to take part in testing environments for our games with their parents’ authorization and or/their parents’ physical presence if the country in which testing occurs requires it.
